Job summary

Sazerac in Chicago seeks a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our spirits portfolio in assigned accounts, including grocery, convenience, and liquor stores. You will craft growth strategies and lead distributor collaboration to boost market share and in-store execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG, and willingness to travel; a driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/bev or CPG.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and promo goals.
• Experience using sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage growth solutions to boost sales for assigned accounts.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and execution.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers and wholesalers.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure achievement of volume objectives.
• Develop programs that improve distribution, merchandising and promotions.
