Job summary

Stancil Services is seeking an Assistant Territory Field Manager to coordinate labor, schedules, and materials for plumbing projects. The role supports the Territory Field Manager and ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish.

You will manage labor allocation, job readiness, access to tools and materials, and field-management communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable on company policy.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Territory Field Manager by coordinating labor resources and schedules.
• Assist in training field personnel and support daily performance expectations.
• Communicate field updates to labor teams and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and fleet readiness for job sites and projects.
