The Territory Field Manager - Paint & Drywall is responsible for ensuring projects within assigned territories are completed on schedule, on budget, and to Stancil's uncompromising quality standards. This role oversees daily operations for paint and drywall activities, managing time, labor, and materials to achieve successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at fostering communication between field teams, construction managers, and internal departments - keeping operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with Stancil's reputation for craftsmanship and reliability.

Working Environment and Conditions

Work is performed primarily outdoors on job sites. Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools, devices, and equipment. May drive or ride in a vehicle for two or more hours depending on project locations. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform job duties as required. Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds. Exposure to outdoor conditions including extreme heat (above 90°F), cold (below 32°F), and inclement weather. Must remain alert to typical construction site hazards such as loud noise, confined spaces, or variable lighting conditions.
