Stancil Services is seeking a Territory Field Manager – Paint & Drywall to lead day-to-day operations across assigned regions in North Carolina. You will manage scheduling, labor coordination, and materials, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy.
  • Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred.

  • Communicate field updates, observations, and progress reports to both field crews and management.

  • Ensure that labor teams adhere to schedules, timelines, and company standards for quality and safety.
  • Coordinate delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and supplies at the job level.
  • Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and implement proactive solutions.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency with project specifications and builder expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of field activity, job completion status, and project materials.
  • Serve as the on‑site representative for Stancil Services, modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellence in every interaction.

The Territory Field Manager – Paint & Drywall is responsible for ensuring projects within assigned territories are completed on schedule, on budget, and to Stancil's uncompromising quality standards. This role oversees daily operations for paint and drywall activities, managing time, labor, and materials to achieve successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at fostering communication between field teams, construction managers, and internal departments - keeping operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with Stancil's reputation for craftsmanship and reliability.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, or foreign equivalent).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy.
  • Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
  • Work is performed primarily outdoors on job sites.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools, devices, and equipment.
  • May drive or ride in a vehicle for two or more hours depending on project locations.
  • Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform job duties as required.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions including extreme heat (above 90°F), cold (below 32°F), and inclement weather.
  • Must remain alert to typical construction site hazards such as loud noise, confined spaces, or variable lighting conditions.
