Stancil Services in Castle Hayne, NC is seeking a Territory Field Manager for Paint & Drywall to oversee field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. You will coordinate field teams, manage labor and materials, and maintain strong communication between construction managers and internal departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of paint and drywall activities across assigned areas.
• Oversee project scheduling, labor coordination, and material availability to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate field updates, observations, and progress reports to both field crews and management.
• Maintain professional relationships with construction managers, builders, and Stancil team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve on-site challenges.
• Ensure that labor teams adhere to schedules, timelines, and company standards for quality and safety.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and supplies at the job level.
• Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and implement proactive solutions.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency with project specifications and builder expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activity, job completion status, and project materials.
• Serve as the on-site representative for Stancil Services, modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellence in every interaction.
• Other related duties as assigned.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

This role oversees daily operations for paint and drywall activities, managing time, labor, and materials to achieve successful project delivery. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy.
• Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

• Work is performed primarily outdoors on job sites.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools, devices, and equipment.
• May drive or ride in a vehicle for two or more hours depending on project locations.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform job duties as required.
• Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions including extreme heat (above 90°F), cold (below 32°F), and inclement weather.
• Must remain alert to typical construction site hazards such as loud noise, confined spaces, or variable lighting conditions.
