Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

You will travel within assigned markets, lift and move product as needed, and participate in seasonal transitions and promotions while building relationships with store personnel and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 18 years of age minimum with valid state driver's license.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage by visiting stores, capturing display photos, and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
