Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

You will lift, bend, and move product daily, travel across markets, and participate in a robust bonus program. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years old are required, with 1–3 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and moving product as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute standards across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards.
• Complete store visits and document execution using required systems and photos.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Support seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Maintain safety and compliance with all protocols and vehicle policies.
