Job summary

Mondelēz International invites applications for a Territory Coverage Associate in the United States. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure in-store execution, and uphold brand standards across the territory with a company vehicle provided.

The role emphasizes hands-on field support, strong customer service, and adherence to safety protocols while enabling growth into leadership positions within the field sales team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage, capture display photos, and document execution via DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands per RTM plans.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding of Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement in management roles.
• Follow safety and vehicle policies; perform lifting and moving activities as required.
