Job summary

Universal Technical Institute in Santa Ana is seeking Local Area Field Admissions Representatives to recruit students and raise awareness of UTI programs. The role covers a territory within ~120 miles of a UTI Campus and requires independent, high-energy outreach with industry partners and high schools.

You will conduct campus tours, host events, and deliver financial aid workshops while maintaining relationships with counselors and prospective students to drive enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience with public speaking preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least 50% of work hours with the local Campus to build interest in UTI and its programs; develops, organizes and executes strategies that cover a territory and build relationships.
• Develops new relationships with dealerships and industry partners; coordinates open houses, STEM events, Future Tech Events and industry employment events.
• Participates in Campus admissions events, conducts campus tours, hosts events, attends fairs, networks with employers, and delivers financial aid workshops.
• Maintains relationships with local schools and counselors; presents to educators to encourage enrollment at Universal Technical Institute.
• Maintains CRM database for thorough follow-up with prospective students.
