Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students in a remote territory across the Huntsville area and nearby regions. You will build relationships with high schools, guide prospective students through the admissions process, and travel within a 120-mile radius to events and presentations.

The role offers a $75,000–$85,000 salary with benefits, tuition waiver eligibility after six months for you and your family, paid time off, and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Education: High School degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office; able to analyze and report data.
• Interpersonal: builds relationships, works independently, manages territory

Responsibilities

• Builds new relationships and strengthens partnerships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and local communities.
• In-person presentations at high schools and other offsite events to represent UTI.
• Conducts informative in-home interviews and maintains CRM for follow-up with potential students.
• Presents to educators to encourage student attendance at UTI programs.
• Maintains knowledge of UTI programs and financing options to answer questions.
• Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through outreach and recruitment.
• Complies with external regulatory criteria and internal procedures.
• Other duties as necessary.
