Job summary

Irby Utilities, operating under the Sonepar family, is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to cover a Utah territory. You will travel throughout the region, meet with current and prospective customers, and deliver first-in-class service while pursuing revenue growth and strategic relationships.

You will collaborate with teammates to implement effective sales strategies, maintain records, and stay ahead of market trends to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience (3+ years).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• English language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers within the assigned territory through in-person meetings.
• Drive revenue by developing new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and understand client needs.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to grow brand presence.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company products.
