Job summary

The Maui Jim sales representative in Greenville, SC is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Maui Jim and Zeal Optics market presence across the South Carolina territory. You will develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute company sales and marketing strategies with retail partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of outside sales experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, and a proven ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in optical, eyewear, or sunglass industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and increase market penetration for Maui Jim and Zeal Optics within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
• Identify and prioritize customers with the greatest potential for current and future sales growth.
• Partner with leadership to optimize territory coverage and planning.
• Document visits and activities using company systems.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate products and programs.
• Monitor market trends and communicate findings to management.
• Utilize sales tools and promotional programs effectively.
• Maintain territory records and activity reports.
