Job summary

Maui Jim is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative for the Greenville, SC territory to drive sales growth and expand Maui Jim and Zeal Optics market presence. You will develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute company sales and marketing strategies with retail partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in eyewear, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years outside sales experience, preferably in eyewear.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and increase market penetration for Maui Jim and Zeal Optics in the Greenville, SC territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
• Represent Maui Jim professionally while communicating products and services.
• Train customers on product lines and programs; meet territory KPIs.
