Job summary

OneBlood in Florida is seeking a Donor Recruitment Specialist to lead blood donor recruitment programs across the assigned territory. You will build and maintain professional relationships with donor drive chairs and internal partners to achieve targeted results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities. You will plan campaigns, manage drive scheduling, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience; prior sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and related business software.
• Ability to read and interpret business materials and present to groups.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Executes blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with donor drive chairs and internal clients.
• Identifies prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Adapts communication style to develop and manage blood drive accounts.
• Determines marketing materials and programs within budget to achieve goals.
• Manages blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs.
• Represents organization at community events.
• Leverages technologies and channels to support blood drives.
• Manages time and resources to maximize territory effectiveness.
• Completes administrative duties and reporting on time.
