Job summary

OneBlood is seeking a territory-based donor recruitment professional to execute and manage donor drive programs across the assigned region. You will build relationships with drive chairs, identify opportunities, and drive campaigns within budget to meet goals.

You will present to groups, use digital tools, and coordinate scheduling, reporting, and compliance to ensure successful blood drives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with groups and internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital technology and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Executes blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territory.
• Develops and maintains effective professional relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
• Seeks out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Uses independent judgment to adapt approach and manage blood drive accounts.
• Determines promotional materials and programs needed within budget to achieve goals.
• Manages blood drive scheduling and may recruit during drives to ensure success.
• Represents the organization at community involvement events.
• Leverages available technologies and channels to support blood drives.
• Manages and prioritizes time and resources to maximize territory effectiveness.
• Adheres to all administrative duties including on-time reporting requests.
