Job summary

Lincare, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive leads, build relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and meet monthly sales targets across the local Georgia market.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interacts with physicians, hospital staff and internal teams.
• Experience in DME industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to referral sources.
