Job summary

Lincare Holdings, America's largest supplier of respiratory and durable medical equipment, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in your local market. You will identify leads, build relationships with physicians and health professionals, and hit monthly sales targets while traveling within your territory.

Expect to engage referral sources, conduct educational sessions, and provide clinical follow-up and reporting to patients.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal teams.
• Comfort with data-driven sales strategies and reporting.
• Previous sales experience in healthcare or DME is preferred but not required.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources.
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory.
• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to promote Lincare's product categories.
• Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
