Lincare is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support our growing team in the local market. You will generate leads, foster lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and achieve monthly sales targets within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or DME industry preferred but not required.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within local territory.
• Ability to engage with physicians, hospital personnel, and referral sources.
• Proactive, professional appearance and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and pursue prospective referrals using data-driven strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing sources.
• Maintain an active sales presence throughout the designated territory.
• Educate referral sources on Lincare's product categories through in-services.
• Provide clinical follow-up and reporting to referral sources.
