Job summary

Glen-Gery in Maryland seeks a territory sales representative to promote and sell the full line of products to architects, developers, builders, general contractors, mason contractors, remodelers, and distributors in MD/VA. You will coordinate with the regional sales force and track opportunities using a monthly job-tracking system.

The role focuses on developing marketing and sales strategies, driving demand, and closing specifications with key decision makers.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or related experience.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the building products industry.
• Able to travel daily locally and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and identify areas for product and market improvement.
• Present new products and design ideas to builders, owners, architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Service existing accounts including orders, technical requests, and promotions.
• Develop new accounts via research and referrals to expand market opportunities.
• Drive product specifications to close on projects with architects and contractors.
• Coordinate and submit sales reports and territory reviews.
