Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking an Acera Territory Director in the Chicago area to lead sales, build partnerships with surgeons, and drive adoption of Restrata®, our flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, through case coverage and education. You will provide clinical support and intraoperative guidance to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales with surgeons and operating room teams, driving adoption of Restrata, myai? product lines through case coverage, demonstrations, education, and intraoperative support.
• Manage and grow sales within a defined geographic territory to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Develop territory business plans with clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization, with forecasting and inventory oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
