Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Account Executive to drive territory sales and expand adoption of Restrata, a synthetic biomaterial for soft tissue healing. You will build relationships with surgeons and clinical staff, provide education and hands-on support in ORs and clinics, and work with cross-functional teams to forecast and meet revenue goals.

You will travel up to 80-90% domestically and may require use of a personal vehicle for company business, with a base salary around $70,000 plus

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher and 1+ years in medical device/pharma or medical field sales.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in medical device/pharma or medical field sales.
• Must possess a current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Restrata and related product lines based on clinical and business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across hospitals and clinics.
• Provide product education, demonstrations, and hands-on support in operating rooms and clinics.
• Deliver a customer-first experience by addressing needs with timely, compliant solutions.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to forecast and report.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including reimbursement, to meet territory goals.
