Exagen Inc. in West Palm Beach seeks a dynamic MDM to join our commercial sales team.

You will professionally promote Exagen’s Autoimmune Diagnostic/Therapeutic (DxRx) vision to Health Care Providers, staff, and decision-makers, driving consistent top-line unit growth in a defined geography. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in life sciences with 4+ years of top sales performance in healthcare markets and a proven record of exceeding sales objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's BA or BS in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of top sales performance in Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and/or related healthcare markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, preferably in Diagnostics and/or Specialty markets.
• Superior selling skills in highly competitive markets.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and high goal-setting.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence customer behavior.
• Aptitude for rapid learning of technical and scientific product information.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and goals.
• Design and execute territory business plans to exceed growth expectations.
• Analyze territory activity to optimize reach and frequency with HCPs.
• Educate HCPs on Exagen’s DxRx vision and product value.
• Route travel efficiently to access and engage identified customers.
• Coordinate territory resources for speaker programs and promotional activities.
• Review test results with HCPs to enhance understanding of Exagen diagnostics.
• Provide compliant guidance on billing, insurance, and pricing.
