Job summary

Exagen Inc. seeks an accomplished MDM to drive growth in the Denver territory by promoting our autoimmune DxRx portfolio to health care providers. You will design territory plans, educate staff and clinicians, and ensure access to our diagnostic products through effective reimbursement guidance.

The role requires ≥4 years of top healthcare sales performance, a life sciences degree, and strong relationship-building skills. Expect travel as needed to cover the territory and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of top sales performance in diagnostic/pharma or related healthcare markets.
• Proven and consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives in competitive markets.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and customer-behavior change skills.
• Some overnight travel and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps territory meeting or exceeding all quarterly sales targets and goals.
• Designs and executes territory business plans to exceed growth expectations.
• Analyzes territory activity to ensure reach and frequency meet business needs.
• Educates HCPs and staff on Exagen's DxRx vision and product value.
• Routes travel efficiently to access and impact identified customers.
• Coordinates territory resources for speaker programs, budgets, samples, and promos.
• Reviews test results with HCPs to enhance understanding of diagnostic technology.
• Guides customers on billing, insurance, and reimbursement procedures with product pricing knowledge.
• Collaborates with regional and internal teams on pricing agreements and client access.
