Job summary
Exagen Inc. is hiring a Medical/Diagnostic Sales Manager to lead the Denver territory. You will promote Exagen’s Autoimmune Diagnostic/Therapeutic (DxRx) solutions to health care providers and staff, driving top-line growth and delivering patient-centered value.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 4+ years of top sales performance in healthcare markets, and strong relationship-building skills to exceed objectives in a competitive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's BA or BS degree with emphasis in life sciences
- Minimum 4 years of top sales performance in Diagnostic/Pharma or healthcare markets
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, preferably in Diagnostics/ Specialty markets
- Strong selling skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and goals for the Denver territory
- Design and execute territory business plan to drive growth
- Analyze territory activity to optimize reach and frequency with HCPs
- Educate HCPs on Exagen’s DxRx vision and product value
- Route travel efficiently to access identified customers
- Coordinate territory resources for speaker programs and promotional activities
- Review test results with HCPs to explain diagnostic technology
- Provide guidance on billing, insurance, and reimbursement procedures
