Exagen Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Medical/Diagnostic Sales professional to promote our DxRx solutions to health care providers.

You will serve as the face of Exagen to customers, driving growth and delivering value through differentiated diagnostic products. This role requires at least 4 years of top sales performance, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years top sales performance in diagnostic/pharma/healthcare markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, preferably in Diagnostics or Specialty markets.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and goal-driven effort.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets in the West Palm Beach territory.
• Design and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
• Analyze territory activity to optimize reach and visits.
• Educate HCPs on Exagen’s DxRx vision and product value.
• Route travel efficiently to engage identified customers.
• Coordinate resources for speaker programs and budgets.
• Discuss billing, insurance, and pricing with staff.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director and others on pricing agreements.
• Maintain client database and report activities.
