Job summary

4Rivers Equipment is seeking a FS Territory Development Manager for the Western Slope, Colorado to drive sales of grade control, drone solutions, telematics and related construction technology.

You will build a robust pipeline, manage accounts, demonstrate and install systems, train customers, and promote repeat business across multi-state operations while collaborating with the Foursight Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, energetic, and able to work with little oversight.
• Able to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
• Formal degree in Surveying or Geomatics, or 3 years hands on experience with technology products used in surveying and construction.
• Sound working knowledge of Topcon machine control, experience with other manufacturers also acceptable.
• Working knowledge of Magnet Office, AutoCAD, Carlson, AGTEK, or Trimble Business Center software.
• Part 107 pilot’s license is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of heavy construction workflows and processes viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote products for compact equipment in the Foursight Solutions portfolio.
• Manage all facets of accounts assigned to your territory.
• Understand and promote the solutions we offer through the entire workflow, from building a model to getting top production out of the solution.
• Actively manage a pipeline of opportunities in an organized manner, utilizing the systems provided to track progress.
• Locate and call on new prospects for Foursight Solutions products utilizing data provided as well as through cold calling.
• Deliver systems to customers after proposal has been accepted to include installation of the system and training on the system.
• Support customers with active support agreements and other customers as needed.
• Participate in demonstrations of technology products as requested by the store personnel you’re assigned to represent.
• Escalate support issues to the Foursight support team, when a support call exceeds the allowed time.
• Maintain assigned demo inventory in good operational condition, and keep stored in secure location at all times.
