Job summary

Sunstar is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to build and expand a geographic territory in the Sunstar GUM Professional channel. This frontline role emphasizes hunting, prospecting, and in-person engagement with dental offices, dealers, and distributors to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven hunter sales record, experience in dental or healthcare B2B sales, and the ability to open new accounts while driving revenue through persistent, energetic execution in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• Hunter sales track record with new account growth.
• Experience in dental/healthcare or field-based B2B sales preferred.
• Experience with distribution/dealer networks desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the territory by identifying, targeting, and converting new dental practices.
• Execute a high-volume, field-based sales strategy with in-person visits daily.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with dental dealers and distributors to expand reach.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business to build a robust pipeline.
• Drive demand for Sunstar GUM products through hands-on selling and product education.
• Partner with Strategic Accounts, Marketing, and Channel teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor territory performance, competitive activity, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Maintain disciplined use of sales tools, reporting, and territory planning.
• Represent Sunstar at local and regional industry events to generate leads.
