Qualifications

• `Minimum - High School or GED`
• `Preferred - 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Sales or related field.`
• `Experience: 1-3 years of retail/beverage management; supervisory experience.`
• `Certificates & Licenses: Valid Class A CDL; insurable to operate vehicle.`

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established standards.
• Oversees daily Geobox delivery process to ensure accurate orders are delivered in a timely manner.
• Delivers, stocks, rotates, displays and maintains all products to established G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. standards.
• Surveys accounts within territory to ensure service and equipment meets or exceeds established standards.
• Communicates with customers and employees on issues regarding pricing, products, equipment and problems that arise at the customer location.
