Job summary

PepsiCo in Lexington, Kentucky is hiring a delivery driver to join our route network. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, deliver and check in orders, and maintain accurate records with the tools provided.

This full-time role requires staying on a busy schedule, lifting up to 40 lbs, and building trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and showcase our iconic brands on shelves. On-the-job training is provided, and health and lifestyle benefits support your long-term

Qualifications

21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
