The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to grow our existing customer base across the Mid/Eastern Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Delaware Shore, and Southeastern Pennsylvania markets. You will manage dealer relationships, provide product recommendations, and identify new sales opportunities within the territory.

You will work with retail store personnel and corporate decision makers, leveraging CRM tools and own initiative to develop strategic account

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in business preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
• Coatings or building industry knowledge preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
• Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory.
• Develop account planning strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Use CRM to manage accounts, log calls, run reports, and analyze territory performance.
• Resolve customer problems and warranty issues promptly.
• Educate dealers and end users through seminars and product information sessions.
