Job summary

Conserv FS is seeking a Crops Specialist to drive sales and agronomy services across the assigned Wisconsin territory. You will implement targeted marketing plans, visit client sites to secure orders, and deliver value through agronomic recommendations and services.

Travel within the territory and occasional overnight stays are required. The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, maintaining credit standards, and promoting Conserv FS products while adhering to company

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in agriculture, marketing, or business, or equivalent, plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Must possess or obtain seller’s or solicitor’s license where required by law.
• Must have business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, and decision making abilities.
• Willingness to travel daily within the trade area and occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to obtain agronomy certifications (e.g., CCA, CCS, CPAg).

Responsibilities

• Implements marketing plans and develops sales strategies in the assigned territory.
• Travels to client locations to establish Conserv FS brand and obtain orders.
• Provides value-added agronomic products, services, and recommendations.
• Schedules product delivery and manages customer meetings.
• Maintains customer relationships and resolves issues.
• Ensures creditworthiness and prepares sales contracts for orders.
