Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

Responsibilities include delivering strong customer service to store teams, maintaining displays, writing orders, and traveling across markets. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years are required; 1–3 years in retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Complete store visits using merchandising standards and capture display photos.
