Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations across the territory.

You will engage with store teams, execute daily coverage using predefined standards, and assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches. A valid driver’s license and flexibility including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical requirements: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-negotiated plan compliance and brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement.
• Stay safe and compliant while driving across the territory.
