Job summary

Mondelēz International in Michigan is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will build relationships with store personnel, assist with product launches, and reinforce capability across the field while following safety and vehicle policies. This role entails lifting and moving products and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and valid driver's license in state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
• Flexibility with schedule including weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs (occasional over 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Live inside the team’s geographical boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while upholding Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos using DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring compliance with plans and maintaining brand visibility.
• Follow schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future roles within the company.
• Stay safe and compliant with safety protocols and vehicle policies.
