Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory in the United States. You will ensure consistent execution of shelf standards, display visibility, and adherence to brand guidelines while traveling between stores.

The role emphasizes hands-on field support, schedule adherence from the District Manager, and collaboration with store teams to secure successful promos and seasonal transitions.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Able to lift/move product and travel across markets as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage: store visits, photos, and documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution.
