Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a field-facing leader to drive Installation Services sales across a West Palm Beach to Miami territory. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure workmanship, and coordinate measurements, bids, and client satisfaction.

The role requires BS/BA in a related field with 5–8 years of experience (MS/MA with 3–5 years acceptable). A company vehicle is used, and occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 5–8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA with 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives growth via Installation Services spanning all sales verticals.
• Develops and expands relationships with internal and external customers and contractors, servicing as the key point of contact for all Installation projects and installation proposals.
• Monitors and ensures installer's workmanship and recruits, trains, and maintains contractors.
• Accompanies installers on measurement of unit and reviews labor bid before submission to the customer.
• Coordinates with the customers and property managers to identify problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervises direct reports including performance management, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
