Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor installer workmanship and recruit/train contractors.
• accompany installers to measure units and review labor bids.
• Visually inspect materials and manage required documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and property managers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise direct reports, including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee project planning, progress tracking, and quality checks.
