Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in equipment or heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of CAT and related product lines preferred.
• Ability to explain financing options to customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM basics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must maintain a clean driving record; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with contractors and industry professionals to promote equipment.
• Develop new business and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Demonstrate equipment features and value in field or remote settings.
• Assess customer needs and propose suitable heavy equipment or rental solutions.
• Represent Butler Machinery and CAT brand in the territory.
