Saicon is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Associate to expand our painting business in Downingtown, PA and nearby areas. You will actively pursue new opportunities, build relationships with property managers and owners, and guide opportunities from first contact to proposal and close.

The role emphasizes field activity, networking, and a proactive approach to create opportunities, with collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth transitions from sale to production and ongoing customer

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales or related field.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, overcome objections, negotiate, and close new business.
• Experience selling commercial painting or related services is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively develop new commercial painting opportunities in Downingtown and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and decision makers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities including new, repeat, and maintenance work.
• Lead customer meetings, site visits, and scope gathering for estimates and proposals.
• Present proposals, respond to questions, negotiate scope and pricing, and close new business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of customers, opportunities, and activities.
