Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers and customers.
• Seek new business through cold calling and networking.
• Prepare detailed proposals to meet customer needs.
• Participate in industry events and tradeshows.
• Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to ensure project expectations are met.
• Meet with customers and perform estimates with the Commercial Estimator.
• Win sales commitments in a competitive market.
• Prepare weekly analysis of results.
