Job summary

Karius is seeking an Associate Clinical Sales Manager to own a defined book of business within approximately a 3-hour drivable territory around Dallas. You will generate leads, secure first meetings, onboard new accounts, and coordinate with ISR and CSM for seamless handoffs.

This growth-focused role reports to Regional Sales Director and requires relocation flexibility, substantial field travel, and CRM-led pipeline management. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1–2 years in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or related field, or 3+ years in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or related field.
• Sales training or certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business within a ~3-hour drivable radius.
• Generate leads and secure first meetings; coordinate handoffs with ISR/CSM.
• Design localized prospecting to identify high-potential targets; onboard net-new accounts.
