Job summary

Karius is seeking an Associate Clinical Sales Manager to drive growth in a defined Dallas–Fort Worth territory. This field-based role focuses on generating leads, securing initial meetings, onboarding new accounts, and initiating early ordering with support from an established CSM team.

The position is a development path with formal sales training, relocation as opportunities arise, and potential progression to a full CSM role. Travel is significant and relocation-ready candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 1-2 years in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or related field, or 3+ years in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or related field.
• Sales training or certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage a territory, maintain a CRM pipeline, and execute a field-based account plan.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business within a ~3-hour drivable radius; build and execute a localized account plan.
• Maintain an active Salesforce pipeline and prioritize field activity using data.
• Generate leads and secure first meetings for the book of business.
• Onboard net-new accounts and lead them through the first order.
• Convert first orders into routine ordering and drive reorder behavior.
• Cultivate relationships with lab directors, infectious disease physicians, pharmacists, and ordering clinicians.
