Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Service Manager in Dallas, TX to service our local territory. You will develop strategic plans, qualify leads, and close new business while serving as the single point of contact for long‑term client relationships.

You will monitor financial performance, manage client deliverables, and present maintenance and repair solutions aligned with budgets and inspection reports, reporting to the Regional General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• 3+ years in Sales/Business Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of construction or commercial real estate (preferred).
• Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Act as the single point of contact for long-term client relationships.
• Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts in the territory.
• Accountability for client deliverables.
• Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers.
• Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions based on budgets and inspection reports.
• Project setup and developing proposals.
• Engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making.
