Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction/restoration or related field.
• 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Demonstrated competency in successful project management of larger and more complex projects.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and business management skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication point with the customer on project related issues.
• Administer contractual requirements for all assigned projects.
• Provide regular forecasts of anticipated financial performance for assigned projects.
• Manage cash flow on assigned projects through invoicing and cash collection.
