Job summary

StructureCare, a national leader in parking structure engineering, repair, and maintenance, seeks a Client Service Manager to service the Dallas, TX territory. You will develop strategic sales plans, manage long-term client relationships, and guide solutions within budget constraints.

Ideal candidates have a business background with 3+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and a technical aptitude for construction-industry topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales/Business Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment.
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets.
• Act as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory.
• Accountability for client deliverables.
• Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers.
• Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports.
• Project setup.
• Developing proposals.
• Engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making.
