Universal Energy Solutions in Boston is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Akron area. You’ll work with business owners to review energy plans, present supplier options, and recommend cost-saving solutions while growing a book of recurring, renewals-based income.

We offer paid training, teamwork, and clear paths to management as we expand into new markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (within ~30 miles).
