Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Houston team, serving businesses across the Greater Akron area. You will review energy plans, present supplier options, and recommend cost-saving solutions while nurturing existing relationships and growing a portfolio through renewals.

Top performers can earn substantial commissions; paid training and ongoing development are provided as the company grows into new markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer's needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
