ServiceMaster DSI seeks a self-motivated Business Development Manager for the Springfield, IL branch to drive growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing relationships in the disaster restoration market. This role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic selling, and a results-driven mindset within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in the disaster restoration industry preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including agents and insurance contacts.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to customers.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, and production teams.
• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy to maximize ROI for the territory.
• Maximizes ROI on all assigned associations, trade shows and conventions.
