Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across our Virginia routes. You will plan, sell, and communicate to achieve supplier and company objectives while supporting a customer-focused, team-driven culture.

The role requires driving to accounts, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage inventories and receivables. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Must be 21+ years old; valid Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established pattern.
• Analyze account base and identify opportunities; complete surveys.
• Deliver sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Maintain product levels by inventory/restocking where permitted.
• Educate staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manage receivables by processing credits/returns with accounts.
