Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships across assigned routes in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on maximizing supplier brand sales through planning, selling, and effective communication to meet company objectives.

You will drive merchandising, educate staff on priority brands, and manage inventories, receivables, and customer issues while upholding compliance and safety in handling beverage alcohol products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an efficient routing pattern.
• Develops opportunities by visiting accounts and analyzing inventory and demand.
• Delivers professional sales presentations and recommends product placements and promos.
• Maintains product levels and restocks shelves where permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands via training sessions and materials.
• Manages accounts receivable: credits, returns, and aging notes.
• Handles customer issues and referrals to management as needed.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives and maintains brand visibility.
• Participates in opening new accounts and supplier-driven sales activities.
• Conducts safe, compliant interactions while handling beverage alcohol products.
